I am born and bred cajun. I was born in Southern Louisiana on May 26th, 1983, under the sign of Gemini. Since the day I could pick up a pencil I've been an artist, granted, not a fantastic one, but at least I try.

I have many passions, mostly cooking and drawing, or reading. True to my southern nature, and upbringing, I feel the way to share my love to my fellow friends, family, and husband, is through cooking. And woe be the one to turn it down, you don't eat, you reject my love. Or so I've come to understand it as a child.

My art is mediocre at best, but it's something I do to please myself and whatnot, it's visually and mentally appealing to me, which in essence is what we should all do things for. The mediums I seem to stay in are photography and art, granted the art is typically a mixture of traditional media (pencil and pen) with some digitial coloring. Both of which will be posted here, it's meant to be my art blog, since I have a normal journal, on livejournal.

I currently am a transplanted North Carolinian, living with my husband Jon. We just bought a house, and have been together for ..almost a year or more.. not quote sure which. We've been married since October 14th, though.
